• VIP Parking (closest to the VIP Chalet) — $25
• Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) drop-off is the closest option to the main event entrance — highly recommended for attendees who prefer to avoid parking queues
• If you require assistance from your vehicle, please alert gate staff and they will connect you with accessibility volunteers

♿ Venue Navigation

• The event takes place on paved airport ramp surfaces — flat and accessible for wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and walkers
• Accessible pathways are clearly marked throughout the event footprint
• Accessibility volunteers are stationed at key locations throughout the venue to assist with navigation and seating
• Mobility equipment rentals are not provided on-site — please bring your own device if needed
• Event staff are trained to assist attendees with disabilities — look for staff in Mile High 150 Expo vests

🪑 Seating

• ADA seating is available in all viewing zones — General Admission and VIP Chalet
• Accessible seating provides clear, unobstructed sightlines to the main stage and flight line
• Companion seating is located adjacent to all ADA seating areas
• VIP Chalet ticket holders with accessibility needs should contact us in advance to ensure appropriate placement

👤 Companion Admission

🤫 Sensory & Quiet Zones

• Designated quiet zones are available away from the main flight line and stage — marked on the event map at the gate
• Ear protection (foam earplugs) is available for purchase on-site and strongly recommended for young children and anyone with auditory sensitivities
• The 500-drone show finale occurs at approximately 9:30 PM — quiet zone areas provide meaningful distance from the main event area if needed
• If you need to leave a viewing area during a flight performance, please notify a nearby volunteer for safe egress guidance — you should not cross marked ramp areas unescorted

🐕 Service Animals

Trained service animals are welcome at the Mile High 150 Expo. Important considerations for an active airport environment:

• Service animals must remain under the handler's control at all times
• Aircraft engine noise can be significant — plan for your animal's comfort accordingly
• Relief areas are available on the event grounds — ask a staff member for locations
• Emotional support animals that are not trained service animals cannot be accommodated per FAA facility guidelines

🚑 Medical & First Aid

• A staffed first aid station is on-site throughout the full event — location marked on the event map at the gate
• Staff can assist in contacting emergency services if needed
• If you have a medical condition that may require attention, we recommend carrying a medical ID card or wearing medical alert identification
• Water bottle fill stations are available throughout the event — altitude dehydration is a real concern at 5,500 ft elevation
